If you’re someone who loves to find and read quotes, then this is for you. If you’re someone who likes to sit and ponder a quote after you’ve read it, then this is DEFINITELY FOR YOU.
For a little pick-me-up in their day, some people make coffee (guilty!). Some use sugar. But sometimes we seek something more substantial than just food. One that is more deep and meaningful.
I usually have some quote hung up on my wall or monitor as I work. I’m sure you do too. However I do find that they have a lifespan. You may find that what had a big impact on you last week when you first put it up, has simmered down and you need something else. Something that resonates with you right now. And this quote may or may not be that. However you can still read the post for the value of the pondering thoughts you’ll find here.
Sometimes when I feel that my inner-thoughts are getting just a little too negative than I prefer to harbour, I simply google “inspirational” OR “motivational” “quotes” and click on over to images and find some that resonate with me.
This is a quote by Thomas Edison that I’ve shared before on Instagram.
“I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”
I’m sure you’ve seen this quote before. I’ve also come across it several times throughout my life. But it’s one of my favourites and I feel like it’s one of those staple quotes you should always be keeping around. I hope you come across this post just at the right time to remind yourself not to be negative and too harsh on yourself if you’re yet to reach your goals.
