So I am on day 6 of 100 days of drawing. I need to add lines to the bird of paradise flower from yesterday’s session before it is complete.

Ye I really am not sure I am enjoying this inner line work I’ve been adding on the flowers. For some flowers it gives it character, for others it’s just distracting.

The bird of paradise flower is now complete. Moving onto drawing an aloe vera plant it seems. That was an unexpected page turn.

I was actually not going to add in any shading line to the aloe vera plant but ended up doing it out of habit. I should just stick to no lines.
